There isn't an agent out there who knows more about Denver than Delfino! He cares and is the consummate agent. Wouldn't go with anyone else. He's been great in the three transactions I've conducted while living in the Denver metro area.

I would recommend Delfino to other people considering buying real estate. Here is why:
- While looking at house I never felt pressure from Delfino to make I a decision I didn't want to. In fact Delfino frequently pointed our costly flaw in potential buys for us, and gave good advise to us so we could make a informed decision.
- When we finally found a house we wanted and went under contract, the appraiser messed up the appraisal documents, Delfino was able to keep cool, and advise us on the correct course of action.
Anyways, if we have anymore real estate purchases I will be calling Delfino again.

Working with Delfino was great! He guided us through the whole process and was available to answer questions and show us homes whenever we needed.
